I think the RKC system uses the exclimation point if your show is full and in process of being judged.
I say that either the question mark or the exclimation point can be used if your show is full and about to be judged.

I never did like the RKC system... it's kind of annoying to have to constantly remind people, and to remember yourself... I always thought just putting "judging" or "judged" was enough... >O.o< And somebody I was talking to on AIM said they hated it...
